Scope of this policy

This Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Website.

It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that may be linked or embedded on the Website (see Section 9).

Principles we follow

Even though the Website does not collect personal data (see Section 4), Everyone Studio is guided by GDPR principles such as transparency, data minimization, and privacy by design/default.

Personal data we process

A. No collection of personal data

Everyone Studio does not collect, request, store, or process personal data through this Website. In particular:

  • we do not offer any registration or account system;

  • we do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or payment data;

  • we do not run newsletters or marketing forms;

  • we do not sell or share user data because we do not have any.

B. No profiling or automated decision-making

We do not perform profiling, tracking, or automated decision-making as defined under Articles 4(4) and 22 GDPR.

Technical and navigation data

Websites may technically transmit limited information as part of normal internet functioning (e.g., IP address, device/browser info) to enable communication between your device and the hosting server.

Everyone Studio does not access, store, or use such data for identification or analytics purposes.

If any technical logs are generated by our hosting provider for security and operational integrity, they are:

  • processed solely on the provider’s side;

  • not used by Everyone Studio to identify visitors;

  • retained only for the time strictly necessary for security/maintenance, in line with the GDPR data-minimization and storage-limitation principles.

Cookies and tracking technologies

A. No profiling or marketing cookies

Everyone Studio does not use profiling cookies, marketing cookies, or tracking tools. Italian law requires opt-in consent for such cookies; since we don’t use them, no consent banner is needed for profiling purposes.

B. Technical cookies (if any)

The Website may rely only on strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g., to display pages correctly). Under Italian and EU rules, these cookies do not require consent.

If your browser allows it, you may disable cookies anytime. Note that disabling technical cookies could affect basic site functionality.

Legal basis for processing

Because Everyone Studio does not collect personal data, there is no ongoing processing requiring a legal basis under Articles 6 or 9 GDPR.

Any purely technical server-side processing by a hosting provider for security/operation would typically rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) limited to ensuring network and information security.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, limitation, objection, and portability.

However, since Everyone Studio does not process personal data on this Website, these rights generally do not apply in practice here.

If you believe data has been processed unintentionally, you may contact us at contact@everyone.studio and we will investigate promptly.

Right to lodge a complaint

You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (“Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”).

Third-party links and embedded content

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (e.g., videos, social media posts).

Everyone Studio is not responsible for how those third parties process data.When you interact with third-party content, their privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them before providing any personal data.

International data transfers

Everyone Studio does not process or transfer personal data via this Website.

If third-party services you access through links perform transfers outside the EU/EEA, those transfers are governed by their respective policies and safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

Data security

Even without collecting data, we follow appropriate technical and organizational measures to maintain Website security and prevent unauthorized access or alteration, consistent with Article 32 GDPR security principles.

Children’s privacy

The Website is not designed to collect information from anyone, including minors.

If you are under 18, you may browse freely, but should avoid sharing personal data through third-party links unless you have appropriate consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if:

  • the Website’s features change;

  • legal or regulatory requirements change;

  • we adopt new services that could affect privacy.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

If future versions introduce data collection, we will provide all required notices and consent mechanisms under GDPR and Italian law.
